Overturned truck blocking I-45 ramp to North Loop eastbound

An overturned truck is causing a big traffic tie up north of downtown Houston.

The wreck is blocking the I-45 ramp to go east on the North Loop. At this point, we don't know how the accident happened or if anyone was injured.
