TOMBALL, TX -- At 12 years old Brayden Hughes already has learned how to conquer the challenges life may bring you.
In 2004, after he was cleared of all his high-risk medical needs as a reuslt of being born premature, soon afterwardHughes faced another health concern. He was diagnosed with an extreme case of autism.
He rarely spoke, banged his head on walls and did not want to interact with others. Hughes' mother Jaclyn said it was a struggle, but her son was able to beat autism.
