HOUSTON (KTRK) -- We know, the best place to watch the Texans is in your La-Z-Boy. But if you are going to leave the house and watch the game at a local establishment, ABC-13 viewers chimed in on their favorite places to go.



There's an honorable mention for our favorite answers - someone tweeted that their favorite place to watch is at Memorial Hermann, just in case he has a heart attack.



Here's the top 10 list:



Houston Texans Grille


The obvious first choice for Texans watch parties is Texans Grille in CITYCENTRE. If you aren't already a member of their eClub, sign up online and you'll get a free appetizer just for doing so. Every Thursday during the season they are giving away free Texans tickets.



Nick's Place


Looking for an awesome neighborhood sports cafe with great food - Nick's Place is it! Since 1993, they've been bringing you all sports all of the time on over 40 TVs. They've always got your game on!



Pluckers


Pluckers is known for its wings, and what says football more than wings? Their Sunday Funday special is $1 off cocktails. If the Texans are playing on Monday night, Pluckers has all you can eat wings for $17.99 per person.



Hay Merchant


Craft food and beer are what the Hay Merchant prides itself on. ABC-13 viewers say they're also big Texans supporters. They're part of the restaurant group that owns Underbelly and Anvil so you know there will be good food and drinks to go along with good Texans football!



West Alabama Icehouse


If your friend had a bar in his backyard, this is what West Alabama Icehouse would be like. They've always got the game on in the backyard on multiple screens with picnic tables for everyone to hang out on.



Beer Market Co.


Beer Market Co. is the newest neighborhood spot for the Studemont and Memorial area. The restaurant says come as you are and you will feel as if you were in your own living room. Can't argue with that! Except this home away from home has 30 TVs and over 80 kinds of beer.



Goode's Armadillo Palace


Known for their live music, Goode's Armadillo Palace says they have TVs and they love football too! Whether you want Mexican food or a burger with your football game, they've got a little bit of everything.



Celtic Gardens


You can watch outside on their huge patio or inside next to the bar at Celtic Gardens. Celtic Gardens is a cross between an Irish pub and an outdoor beer garden...perfect for a football game!



The Runway


If you're on the north side of town, The Runway Bar and Grill in Humble is the place to go for burgers, cocktails, and more. They guarantee great food and a relaxed atmosphere. There's a huge outdoor patio to sit back, relax, and enjoy the game.

How can you argue with a place named Christian's Tailgate? With three locations inside the loop, there are several options to get your tailgate on. Did we mention their award winning burgers? University of Houston students, bring in your ID and you'll get 10 percent off your food purchase.
