A fire that started after a man was shot by a deputy in northeast Harris County on Wednesday has since rekindled, according to the sheriff's office.
The sheriff's office says a deputy shot a man who was allegedly harassing customers outside a Walgreens on Saturday night.
Details are limited, but according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, the suspect is down in critical condition. The deputy sustained minor injuries that are not believed to be caused by gunfire.
