Sports Illustrated to feature 'plus-sized' model in swimsuit issue

NEW YORK (KTRK) -- Big news from Sports Illustrated. For the first time, a plus-sized model is going to be featured in the swimsuit issue of the magazine.

Robyn Lawley, who at a size 12, is the curviest model to appear in the edition. She's also doing it while wearing a bikini from her own swimwear line.

You may be questioning whether she looks "plus size".

This comes on the heels of news that another model, Ashley Graham, is in a bikini for a full-page ad for "Swimsuits for All."

She is a size 16. People are lauding the magazine for allowing the ad. Some are also questioning her being dubbed plus-sized. Graham is five-foot-nine.
