Doctor arrested for allegedly sexually abusing four young children

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Harris County Sheriff's Office Crimes Against Children unit investigators have arrested a doctor accused of sexually abusing young children.

Officials say Ricky Haywood-Watson, 37, allegedly committed sexual crimes against four relatives, ranging in age from 10 years old to 4 years old. The children made an outcry to an adult family member who filed a report in 2015.

Haywood-Watson is charged with super aggravated sexual assault of a child, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and indecency with a child.

Harris County Sheriff's Office Criminal Fugitive Warrants deputies arrested Haywood-Watson at Baylor College of Medicine, where he works as a doctor. He has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

Haywood-Watson is currently being held on $400,000 bond.
