Gun case against former Rockets guard James Harden dismissed, court records show

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The case against former Houston Rockets guard James Harden, who was arrested in downtown last month, has been dismissed, according to court records.
According to court records, all parties "entered into an alternative resolution agreement."
Harden was arrested in the early morning hours on June 13 after a handgun was seen unholstered and in plain view on the seat of his car. The guard was charged with a misdemeanor gun charge.
He was later released on a $100 bond after being booked just before 5 a.m., records said. In court documents, Harden had been listed as a resident in the Houston area.
Harden's arraignment was scheduled for June 22.
Initially, Harden's representatives did not make a comment, and his current team, the Cleveland Cavaliers, said they were monitoring the situation.
