HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Noel Pinnock discusses the Houston rollout of President Barack Obama's "My Brother's Keeper" initiative.

The program aims to turn around the lives of at-risk boys and young men of color. Pinnock is the "My Brother's Keeper" Program Coordinator with the Houston Department of Health and Human Services.
