HOUSTON -- Houston had a little less concrete and little more color after urban artists turned blank walls into murals and works of art during the HUE Mural Festival.
Artists had 190 hours to create their designs using various forms of tools and techniques. SkyDrone13 was there to get a birds-eye view of the creation of artist Pixel Pancho.
