The Heights home where human remains were found in a wall is having trouble selling.
The owner is now hoping to rent it out.
Michael Nassif bought the house on Allston Street after the original owner Mary Cerruti disappeared in 2015.

A new renter was moving into the home last month when they found the remains, along with Cerruti's glasses.
Now, the house is up for sale for $400,039, or you can rent it out for $1,600 a month.
As for the body, the medical examiner is still working to identify the remains.
