PEMBROKE PARK, FL -- Authorities in Florida are looking for a woman after they say she used a little kid to shoplift booze for her.

The crime occurred at a liquor store on August 11. The Broward Sheriff's Office posted surveillance video of the whole thing on their Facebook page.

Investigators say customers at the 24/7 Liquors at the time let the clerk know that a young girl stole a bottle of liquor. The woman with the child told store clerks she confronted the girl and the child hadn't stolen anything.

But surveillance video tells a different story.

Video shows the woman instructing the child to steal a large bottle of 1800 Silver Tequila, and when the child couldn't lift it, the woman sent her back to snatch a smaller one. The girl then stood by the registers until the woman was able to block the clerk's view. When she was given the all clear, the little girl quickly left with the bottle and got into a waiting Chevrolet Impala.

Now investigators are offering up to a $3,000 reward for information that leads them to the arrest of that woman.
