Man found shot, killed at southwest Houston McDonald's drive thru

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man was found shot and killed in the drive-thru of a McDonald's restaurant in southwest Houston.

It happened early this morning in the 8000 block of South Gessner at Beechnut.

Police say the adult male was found dead in a Chevy Impala. He had suffered an unknown amount of gunshot wounds.

Police are looking at surveillance video and interviewing witnesses, but they do not have a motive or any suspects at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
