Former Woodlands gymnastics coach indicted for alleged child sexual assault

THE WOODLANDS, TX (KTRK) -- A former Woodlands gymnastics coach accused of sexually assaulting a fellow employee, who was under the age of 17, was indicted on three second-degree felony charges Thursday.

Morgan Bennett, 23, was arrested in early June following allegations that he and another underage employee at Maximum Athletics had sex.

According to Maximum Athletics owner Derrick Atherton, Bennett is no longer employed at the gym and has not been for months.
