NASA uses 36,000 selfies to make Earth photo

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Talk about the ultimate selfie: NASA has unveiled an image that includes selfies from around the world!

On Earth Day, NASA asked people to step outside and post a picture of themselves using the hashtag "globalselfie."

The space agency collected more than 50,000 images and used 36,000 of them to create a picture of Earth. People sent in pictures from every continent and 113 countries.

NASA posted the image online and you can even zoom in to look for your picture!
