3 rescued after school bus slid into ravine on icy road in Maryland

POTOMAC, Maryland (KTRK) -- Emergency crews responded to a school bus hanging precariously on the edge of a ravine Tuesday in Maryland.

According to the fire department, the incident occurred after the bus skidded on an icy road.

Officials say crews worked to stabilize the bus, then pulled the driver, a student, and an aide to safety.

There were no serious injuries.
