RICHMOND, TX (KTRK) -- A Fort Bend County woman is hoping someone can provide information to authorities so they can catch the masked man who robbed her on her front porch earlier this month.

"I'm very scared... I'm not sleeping and you know, very scared," said Rinku Dave.

Her home is in the 10900 block of Tay Grove Place. She says she was crouched just outside her front door, cleaning her porch November 2nd, about 9:20 pm, when a man rushed at her from the darkness. She says she stood up and he ripped the diamond and gold necklace off her neck before shoving her into the brick wall and running off.

"I'm very scared," she said.

You can view the attack below. It was caught on surveillance camera at the front door of her Aliana home.

"Things happen like this. This is really scary," said neighbor Jamy Li.

Investigators describe the robber as tall and heavy-set, wearing a white tank top, skinny jeans and that mask complete with fake hair.

Dave is a stay at home mother of two. She says her back is sore now but it is her fear that the suspect might come back that bothers her most. "I'm not sleeping," she said.

It might be difficult to identify the mask-wearing robber, but maybe you recognize his body shape or maybe you know something else about the case. Crime Stoppers is offering up to a $5000 cash reward for information which can help investigators make an arrest that leads to a conviction.
