LAKE CONROE, TX (KTRK) -- What some Lake Conroe visitors may describe as a "stinking good time" at Wolfies restaurant, others would just describe as stinking.
Due to a plumbing malfunction at the location off Texas 105 West, raw sewage was leaking into Lake Conroe from the backside of the lakeside eatery Monday morning.
San Jacinto River Authority's Water Quality Department Manager Randy Acreman, who was the first investigator to arrive on scene after being alerted by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, reported the issue back to ownership around 11:30 in the morning.
