Person hit by vehicle in North Freeway HOV lane, HPD says

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A person was hit by a vehicle on the North Freeway on Monday morning, the Houston Police Department said.

Police said it happened in the HOV lane near West Road just after 10 a.m.

TranStar cameras showed HOV lanes blocked as the investigation continued.
