Multi-vehicle crash causes traffic backup on EB Katy Freeway at TC Jester Boulevard, TranStar shows

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Traffic was snarled on the eastbound Katy Freeway on Friday afternoon after a crash involving multiple vehicles shut down at least three lanes.

According to Houston TranStar, five vehicles were involved in the crash. TranStar also showed two center lanes, the right lane, and the shoulder closed.
