
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man was arrested and charged after he allegedly attacked a woman in a downtown Houston parking garage on Thursday, according to court documents obtained by Eyewitness News.

Sir Felix Stafford-Franklin, 23, is accused of attempted sexual assault and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon on Friday, records show.
The assault against the 28-year-old woman happened in the 600 block of Travis Street, according to the Houston Police Department.
The victim at one point lost consciousness, but was able to fight back and get away from the suspect before alerting security, according to detectives. She was treated at the hospital and is expected to be OK, police said.
The suspect allegedly attempted to get away in her car, but left it on the second floor, HPD said.
HPD said that they detained someone near the scene after the assault, but charges were not made available until more than 24 hours later. Investigators did not say whether the man who was detained is Stafford-Franklin.
