HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- All operations will resume on Saturday at the Houston Rodeo following an electrical issue that cut the iconic rock band Journey's set on Friday evening.

RodeoHouston officials posted on social media this morning that Warren Zeiders' performance will go on as scheduled and that all grounds and the star stage will be operating as normal.

Videos sent to ABC13 by excited fans showed the moment speakers and screens blew out during the band's most loved song, 'Don't Stop Believin'.

Fans continued singing along until concertgoers said the band began to move off stage as officials started to look at the issue. Concertgoers also said an announcement was made stating it was an electrical fire and the band would return, but they did not.

The concert was canceled for the remainder of the evening.

This was Journey's second performance at the Houston Rodeo, and it's listed as a sold-out show. Unfortunately, it's not the only show that had technical issues.

The Houston Chronicle reports that there were issues during Bun B's Birthday Bonanza, and volume was sometimes non-existent.

Rodeo officials said they would follow up with those who attended on Friday evening. No details on potential refunds have been released.
