Investigation underway after crash involving Galena Park ISD school bus, Pct. 3 says

GALENA PARK, Texas (KTRK) -- A Galena Park Independent School District bus was involved in a crash on Tuesday morning, officials said.

The Harris County Constable Precinct 3 Office said that at least two people were taken to the hospital after the crash happened in the 6700 block of Uvalde Road.

Officials said they are looking into the circumstances of the crash, which may have involved two other vehicles.

It is unclear whether the two people hospitalized were students or whether the bus was operating in its capacity at the time.

ABC13 SkyEye flew over the scene, but found no law enforcement or emergency personnel in the area at the time.

Precinct 3 said the crash is under investigation to determine who was at fault.
