Multiple lanes of Eastex Fwy northbound at Lauder impacted by jackknifed 18-wheeler
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A major crash along the northbound lanes of the Eastex Freeway could cause some traffic delays on Wednesday afternoon.
According to a post shared by Lt. Terry Garza with the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the crash is on the northbound lanes of the Eastex Freeway at Lauder Road. An image shows a jackknifed 18-wheeler, with part of it over the barrier.
Garza said this is impacting multiple lanes, including the HOV lanes. Drivers are being urged to proceed with caution.
It's unclear how long it will take for the scene to clear.
