Man known as 'Pancho Claus' hospitalized in McAllen

MCALLEN, Texas (KTRK) -- The Tex-Mex Santa known as Pancho Claus is in the hospital.

The family of Richard Reyes told Eyewitness News that he is in the hospital in McAllen after experiencing chest pains.

Pancho Claus is famous in towns across Texas.

He wears a red suit and fedora as he brings holiday cheer to families and at-risk children.
