HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A grisly discovery was made in northwest Houston, when workers discovered a decomposed body. Now authorities need to figure out how the victim ended up there.
According to Houston police, Harris County Flood Control workers were doing routine maintenance and found a male body floating in about four feet of water at the end of 10900 Hammerly Boulevard. The badly decomposed body was in ditch at the end of the dead end street.
