HOUSTON (KTRK) -- It's been more than two years since he was accused of killing six family members in Spring. Now Ronald Lee Haskell is expected to be back in court.

This is the fifth time Haskell has been scheduled to appear in court. The last time he showed up was just days after the murder of the Stay family, but Haskell collapsed in front of the judge and has been under a mental health review ever since.

Hospital officials say 15-year-old Cassidy Stay has been released from the hospital, and she's expected to make a full recovery

Prosecutors say in July of 2014, Haskell went looking for his ex-wife at her sister's home in Spring.

Haskell tied up seven family members and shot each one when they would not tell him where his ex-wife was staying.

One of the family members survived. Not long after the shootings, then 15-year-old Cassidy Stay spoke about her family.
