Pedestrian struck, killed by vehicle in SW Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A man has died after he was struck by a vehicle while crossing a road in southwest Houston.

Police say the accident happened around 10pm last night at Hillcroft at Windswept.

The driver of a Scion hit the man as he attempted to cross in front of him. Officers say the driver had a green light.

No charged are expected to be filed against the driver.
