Family Dollar employees tied up during early-morning robbery

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Several employees were tied up during an early-morning robbery at a Family Dollar in north Houston, police say.

The robbery happened in the 6800 block of TC Jester, just south of Little York.

We're told an undisclosed amount of cashed was taken.

The store now has a handwritten "closed" note on the door.
