Driver on I-45 does donuts on freeway, stops traffic

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A driver along Interstate 45 crashed, then began to do circles in the middle of the freeway, bringing traffic to a standstill, witness video showed.

A number of viewers shot video of the incident that showed the damaged white SUV spinning along the freeway with a hood up and a smashed front end.

Video shows a driver spinning in circles on the freeway Sunday evening.

One of the witnesses in the video can be heard saying that all the tires were flat.

It happened sometime Sunday evening, according to witnesses.
