Buc-ee's sues Nebraska company over plans for "Bucky's" stores

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Buc-ee's has filed a lawsuit against a Nebraska-based company in the U.S. District Court, claiming a new store is too close for comfort.

Bucks Inc. is planning to open "Bucky's" stores across the state of Texas.
