Missing 92-year-old woman with dementia found safe

A 92-year-old woman with dementia has been found safe after she was reported missing over the weekend.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office shared the update Monday morning, writing that Dana Raquel was found safe and is back home.

Raquel was last seen Sunday at 5:33 p.m. in the 1700 block of Kowis Street.

Raquel is reportedly diagnosed with dementia and was in need of medication.
