Mardi Gras Galveston brought out an incredible crowd of party-goers donning face paint, elaborate costumes and all those rich and beautiful beads.
This year's parade theme was "Superheroes Unleashed," and featured a phenomenal crowd of parade participants in a variety of superhero costumes.
Galveston's favorite Quaker City String Band, the Philadelphia Mummers, a neon party bus, the Rainforest Cafe trolley, and a 25-foot-long fire engine also accompanied the floats along the parade route.
