Single-vehicle crash knocks out power in League City

LEAGUE CITY, TX (KTRK) -- A single-vehicle crash in League City knocked out power to around 1,000 customers on Thursday.

It happened in the 3000 block of West Marina Bay Drive. The pickup crashed into a power pole, knocking out power in the area.

At this point, it's not clear if anyone was injured or what led to the wreck.

Texas-New Mexico power says power was restored to most people by around 6pm.
