JoJo confronts Jordan with some tough questions on 'The Bachelorette'

NEW YORK -- After a week hiatus, we rejoined "The Bachelorette" right where it left off. The guys were celebrating that Alex was victorious on the two-on-one date and Chad was eliminated. The group of guys took Chad's protein powder and tossed it around pretending it was his "ashes" and had a goodbye ceremony.

But, to their surprise Chad showed up at the door and was knocking and putting his hands on the glass. Daniel let him in and asked him how the date was and he said it went great. Um, really? Then he told the guys that JoJo found him to be "too intense". Jordan said that they were sorry for anything they did to offend him and Chad said that he just wanted to say what he wanted to say, and he would say it again. He refused to apologize for any of it. He told Jordan that he "didn't have half a brain". Jordan said that Chad then started to hurl insults. Then Evan asked him for the $20 he owed him. Chad asked him if he was really "that broke", and Jordan said, "We're all here, he isn't" let's go, and they all left.

Alex spent a great evening with JoJo and then he headed back to the house. The guys gave him a hero's welcome! They hoisted him up into the air, lit sparklers and had cupcakes which they smashed into his face. They called him the "slayer of the dragon"!

It was then time for a cocktail hour and rose ceremony. JoJo told the guys that she was upset that she didn't really know Chad and she doesn't want to get her heart broken again. She got into some bubble dome things with Chase and they ran into each other and knocked each other down, it looked like a lot of fun! With Robby, they made some wishes into the fountain and then he made out with JoJo. The other guys looked on in horror. That made the other men really think that they might not have as solid of a relationship as they thought. James F. wrote and read JoJo a short poem that was really romantic and just when they seemed to be making a connection, Alex interrupted them! He justified it by saying that he just wanted as much time with her as possible. Luke interrupted Daniel's time with JoJo and he also had a rose. The guys without roses are getting really upset by all of the "rose guys" interrupting them! Evan says the guys with roses are acting like "Mini Chads". Jordan used his time very wisely. He just took her into a dark corner and made out with her. She loved his take charge attitude. She looked love drunk as she walked back into the room full of guys after that make out session!

In addition to Jordan, Alex, and Luke, JoJo decided to give roses to:

1) Derek

2) Robby

3) Chase

4) Wells

5) Grant

6) Vinny

7) James T.

8) Evan

That meant that James F. and Daniel were eliminated. So sad! I loved James F. he was so romantic, but I guess it was too little, too late. And Daniel...he was just great entertainment! "You guys take care, ay!" I'll miss his Canadian accent.

Now the group of 11 bachelors headed to Uruguay! The guys moved into their new digs at "The Grand Hotel" that had some amazing beach views. The first date card arrived and read, "Jordan, Let's seal the date." Jordan got a one-on-one! The other guys were bummed of course. Jordan and JoJo boarded a yacht and set sail. Back at the hotel, the guys talked about how they couldn't trust Jordan and how they felt dates were "geared" for him. Sour grapes! Derek and a few of the other guys read tabloids about how she dumped her ex to be "The Bachelorette" and how she's still "in love with him." It's pretty ridiculous. They need to know that tabloids are generally full of half-truths at best. I mean, if they get picked they will have to deal with a lot of that after the show. On the boat, Jordan and JoJo put on some wet suits and jumped into the water to swim with seals! It looked like an amazing time!

Another date card arrived and it said, "Luke, Derek, Chase, Evan, James, Vinny, Grant, Wells, and Alex, I can't sand to be away from you."

Back on the date, Jordan told JoJo that he's falling for her and he means it. JoJo says that she's scared of getting her heart broken by him because the "highs were highs and the lows were low" with her ex. She said that she was very broken by that relationship. JoJo the revealed that she met someone Jordan used to date and that she told her there were trust issues and he wasn't the greatest boyfriend. Jordan said it was "interesting". He said that he was so focused on sports that he took a lot out on that person who he was dating and he assured JoJo that there was no cheating involved. He was genuinely shocked by the conversation, but that he has nothing to hide. He said that he did flirt with people and enjoyed the attention, but there was absolutely no cheating. He said that he did love his ex and he did want to marry her at one point, but it didn't work out. She asked him if he might be too afraid of their relationship and at some point and pull away from her. He assured her that would not happen and so she gave him the date rose! He was happy that they could have a tough conversation and still get through it and come out on the other side happy and with a rose.

JoJo said that she felt like it was one of the best dates of her life. When she said she didn't think anything could take away her happy feeling, a producer handed her the tabloid. She said, "Eww are you kidding me?" She was shocked when she learned that the guys had seen it. She was so upset and started to cry. She said that she hates him and it was a terrible time in her life. She went to talk to the guys in tears and told them that it wasn't true and they shouldn't be worried because she is there for the right reasons. Robby and Chase said that she didn't have to worry; they think the dude is a piece of "expletive". They all gave her hugs and tried to reassure her.

Robby and Jordan hung out and had a spa day at the hotel and it was hilarious. Apparently the weather wasn't great, so they stayed in for their "spa day". The group date guys met up with JoJo on the beach and they did snowboarding but on sand. Derek hasn't seen some of the guys out on a date with her before and he was really jealous! Later, the guys had a cocktail party to have some private conversations with JoJo. Luke told her that he believed in her and she laid her head on his chest and hugged him and loved that he knew who she "really" is. JoJo loved how supportive he was to her. James Taylor also said the same. Wells did a toast to "the future and not the past" and said he never wants to talk about anyone named Chad ever again. JoJo said she apologizes to all of the Chad's out there that are good guys, but she's never happened to meet one.

Derek finally took some time to talk to JoJo about how he was feeling. She told him that she didn't want their relationship to fall behind and then they did some kissing. Alex meantime doesn't like Derek and said that he's very jealous and insecure and he hates it. During his time with JoJo, Alex said that their relationship is more "real" then anything he's had in a long time and you can't compare it to "texting" someone. He said that he can see himself "falling in love" with her. She kissed him passionately and he was very happy. There was a group date rose and JoJo decided to give it to Derek. Alex said his mind was blown! He called Derek an "insecure little b****".

A date card arrived for Robby and read "Love is within our reach." Robby and JoJo drove down to the beach and experienced the local flavor. They went shopping and had lunch and JoJo loved how playful Robby was. Who thought Robby was going to push her off the cliff they were standing on? They stripped off their clothes down to their bathing suits and took a leap off the cliff into the water! It was high! Robby is an Olympic swimmer so she wasn't worried about being in the water with him. Once they made their jump, they did a lot of kissing! Robby was trying to work up the courage to tell her that he loves her.

Derek said everything was fine with the way he got the rose when Alex questioned him. The guys all started to call him insecure. It really is like a "Mean Girls" clique! What is up with these guys? This is one of the meanest, most jealous groups we've seen in a while on this show!

For the second half of her date with Robby, JoJo talked to him about the death of his best friend. He said that his friend was texting his girlfriend to say that he was on his way home and he accidentally drove off a bridge. Robby said his friend was about to propose to that girl. Robby quit his job and dumped his girlfriend of 3.5 years and moved away because he was sick of not being happy. He said the passing of his friend made him realize life is short. He said that he didn't want to hide anything from her and he wanted to tell her that he has fallen in love with her. She said, "Thank you so much!" They kissed and JoJo said that she was shocked by it, but she did appreciate him being so open. She offered him the rose and Robby was happy that she was on the path to being in love with him too. As they went for a walk and kissed on the beach, fireworks went off in the sky just for them.

Then it was time for the rose ceremony and cocktail party. Derek called Robby, Alex, Jordan, and Chase a clique. "It's petty and a non-issue," Jordan told Derek. Alex said it was "calculated" and that he was trying to throw them off their game. They said that they didn't have roses and they wanted to focus on JoJo. So, instead of trying to make peace with them, he just made four enemies. Then the other guys asked what that conversation was about, and they filled them in. Most of the guys said, let's not worry about it now, let's focus on JoJo and try to get some roses!

Chris Harrison walked in and told them that there would be no cocktail party, JoJo has made her decisions already and she wants to go right to the rose ceremony.

Robby, Derek, and Jordan already had roses. JoJo also gave roses to:

1) Luke

2) Chase

3) Alex

4) James Taylor (He always requires a first and last name to me)

5) Wells

That meant that Evan, Vinny, and Grant were eliminated. Next week, the guys head to Argentina with JoJo! It looks like Jordan and James Taylor start up a feud. They also gave us a preview of the finale and it was explosive! She says that she has fallen in love with a man who won't be able to love her the way that she has always wanted so she has to say goodbye to him! What?! This finale can't come soon enough now!
