I-45 northbound closures at Texas 242 continue this weekend

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Interstate 45 northbound main lanes and feeder roads will have more closures this weekend for construction of the Texas 242 flyover.

Interstate 45 northbound will narrow to two lanes and the feeder road will be closed from Shenandoah Park Drive to north of Texas 242/Harpers Landing from 9 p.m. Friday through 5 a.m. Monday.

Traffic will be able to re-enter the feeder road at the FM 1488 exit. To access Texas 242 going north, drivers will have to make a U-turn at FM 1488 going south to Texas 242.
