Entrepreneurs launch online campaign to turn Humble coffee business into reality

HUMBLE, TX (KTRK) -- Inspired by coffee shops around downtown Houston, Humble native Jon McConnell, and friend, Shane Holmes, wanted to bring that same idea to the downtown Humble area in an effort to rejuvenate the area.

But they needed the perfect location to launch their idea.

"I have been in search for a building in the Humble area for a long time where we could start a restaurant or a coffee shop," McConnell said. "Ever since I can remember, I've dreamed of opening up a coffee shop.
