HOUSTON -- An undercover visit to a spa ended with two employees in trouble with the law.

The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable's Office says on Monday it conducted a compliance inspection at the Dragon Foot Spa on Huffmeister. An undercover officer was offered massage services for a fee. The Constable's Office says the business is not a licensed massage establishment, and massage parlors are prohibited in Harris County.

59-year-old Jingying Hu was charged with performing a massage without a license. 27-year-old Chao Wang was charged with operating a massage parlor without a license.
