Houston man about to complete his 100th triathlon

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A Houston area music teacher turned triathlete is about to complete his 100th triathlon. Ben Proko started doing the races about 12 years ago. This weekend in Katy, he plans to cross that finish line one more time.

"When you start something, go ahead and finish it," said Proko. "Give it everything you got. My biggest thing when I'm racing or teaching, I don't want to have any regrets."

Proko has criss-crossed the country, doing both big and small triathlons.
