1 dead, 2 hurt after shootout in northwest Harris Co. street

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- At least one person was killed after a shootout in the middle of a neighborhood street in northwest Harris County.

Investigators tell us at least two other people were injured in the gunfire.

It happened around 1am this morning on Winding Trace near Antoine.

Officials tell us they believe the shooting was the result of some sort of fight but they are questioning victims and witnesses to find out exactly what happened.
