Mysterious bearded dude high-fives New Yorkers trying to hail a cab

NEW YORK, NY -- One man's taxi hail is another man's high five. At least that's how one man sees it.

Day after day, thousands of New Yorkers outstretch their arms waiting for cabs. That's when this very joyful, bearded, khaki-clad dude swings into action.

He runs up to those hailing a cab and gives those outstretched palms a pleasant but very random high five.
