Groundhog arrested for tampering with weather

Police in Kansas are sick of the cold, so they decided to take matters into their own hands by arresting the "groundhog."

The arrest was made last Friday with hopes to bring an end to the winter weather.

The Groundhog was charged with weather tampering and spent the night in jail.

Unfortunately, the arrest did not have an impact, by Saturday morning they were still in the 40s.
