Ft. Bend deputy constable accused of sex act in squad car

RICHMOND, TX (KTRK) -- A Ft. Bend County deputy constable is now facing charges, accused of picking up a woman while in his patrol car and uniform.

Investigators say William Gamez had the woman perform a sex act on him inside the squad car.

He's charged with public lewdness.
