Ready-made Thanksgiving deals you'll gobble up in Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and if you haven't made preparations for cooking yet you might want to consider a ready-made meal this holiday.

In fact, skipping the kitchen this holiday might even save you some big bucks on the turkey, the pie, the stuffing and the sides! Plus, you will have more time to spend with family and friends.

At Kroger, you have options. At the deli or online, you can order a deluxe turkey dinner that feeds six people for $69.99. You can also order the sides a la carte.

HEB has four meal options. The Primo Pick feeds six to eight people and costs $75. The meal includes a nine to 11-pound turkey and a pumpkin pie.

At La Madeleine, their four-person holiday feast is $74.99 and includes the turkey, all the trimmings, plus one of their famous deserts.

Luby's is known for their family feast to go. Their Select Meal offers turkey breast or sliced ham for four to six people. The price is $59.99.

Boston Market offers a holiday meal for four people up to 12 beginning at $8.99 per person. Ordering just the sides is also a popular option.

Make sure to ask ahead of time about whether pie is included. Some of these meal offerings do not include dessert.
