It seems customers are quite satisfied with Chick-fil-A. The Georgia-based company is the highest-ranked fast food chain in the country, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
At a time when many restaurants are experimenting to draw in more customers, Chick-fil-A has stuck to its limited, chicken only menu.

The restaurant chain operates in 43 states and Washington, D.C. and had more than $6 billion in sales in 2015.
Papa John's came in second in the index, and Little Caesar's Pizza and Panera Bread tied for third place.
