Coroner wins carving contest
A coroner won a turkey carving contest in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

BATON ROGUE, LA (KTRK) -- A Baton Rogue, Louisiana coroner showed off his skills with a knife, skillfully cutting his way to victory at the annual Saint Vincent De Paul Turkey Carving Contest.

Doctor William "Beau" Clark took home the prize for the best carved bird. He carved it all up while wearing blue operating scrubs.

The carved up birds will be put to good use. The city plans to feed some 600 meals to its homeless population on Thanksgiving day.
