Craving a Shamrock Shake? Here's a healthy recipe you can make at home... just in time for St. Patrick's Day!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 to 1 cup of milk of your choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 15 fresh mint leaves
- Handful of spinach
- 1 banana
- cup cottage cheese (you won't taste it!)
- 8-10 ice cubes
Add all ingredients into blender, and blend away until smooth. Add whipped cream and a cherry if you're feeling fancy!
