Poll: Americans split over Ferguson grand jury decision

FERGUSON, MO (KTRK) -- Overnight, ABC News and The Washington Post released a poll on the public's feelings about Ferguson.

The poll shows 48 percent of people approve and 45 percent disapprove of the grand jury's decision not to bring criminal charges against former officer Darren Wilson.

Forty eight percent believe the federal government should bring civil rights charges against Wilson, while 47 percent disagree.
