FBI agent convicted of assaulting teenager

An FBI agent in Maryland is facing prison time after he was caught on tape hitting a teenager.

Gerald Rogero is seen on cell phone video knocking a teen down before pulling a gun on him.

Investigators say Rogero was arguing with his girlfriend's estranged husband because he dropped off her kids late.

When the teen got in Rogero's face, he pushed him down.

A jury convicted Rogero of assault. He will be sentenced in January. The agent still works for the FBI.
