Baby punches himself in the face in viral ultrasound

KANSAS -- An ultrasound that captured a baby doing something really unusual in his mother's womb is going viral.

Little EJ Watson can be seen punching himself in the face so hard that he is knocked backward. EJ's parents could not believe their eyes, and neither could the specialist in Kansas administering the ultrasound.

EJ's parents love Ultimate Fighting, and are wondering if he has a future in the sport.
