In August, airbag maker Takata confirmed a truck carrying its inflators and a volatile chemical exploded in a Texas border town, killing a woman and injuring four others.

The truck crashed, caught fire and exploded on August 22 in Quemado, about 140 miles from San Antonio.

The explosion was so strong, it leveled the woman's home.
